That's worth being straight about: this is a place suited to a season or a stretch of time, not a quick trip. Owning it part of the year — using it in the warmer months and leaving it through the winter — is an ordinary arrangement for property in this part of Atlantic Canada, where winters are colder and the building's shared spaces sit quiet until the season turns again.
