Is this an affiliate program or a referral program?
Both words fit. You share a personal link, and when someone you sent becomes a paying customer, you earn a share of every monthly payment.
How long does my link count?
Someone you refer has 90 days after clicking your link to sign up. Once they do, they’re yours: you earn every month for as long as they stay a paying customer. If they clicked more than one partner’s link, the last click before they signed up counts.
Do I earn during a free trial?
No. You earn from the customer’s first paid invoice. Some products start with a 30-day free trial, some with a demo, and some on a paid plan from day one: the table above shows each one.
What about taxes?
You’re paid as a self-employed partner: you report your commissions as income yourself, and charge sales tax on them only if you are registered. We don’t collect your SIN or business number.
