EnAffaire logo EnAffaire for Online Store

Sell your products online — with the store’s website included, not sold back to you.

A product catalogue, a storefront, a cart and a checkout, for businesses selling physical things. The plan includes a free website builder for the store itself — a home page, your products, an about and a contact page, not a catalogue widget bolted onto a site you already pay someone else for — hosted free on your own enaffaire.com address. Card payments go through a merchant account you connect to the store, so the sale settles to you and nobody takes a cut of the order.

Who this is for

Businesses selling physical products — a shop, a maker, a supplier, anyone with a back room full of stock and no good way to sell it online. If what you sell is food off a menu, the product you want is EnAffaire for Restaurants, which is built for ordering from a menu.

What the plan includes

A whole store website, free

Not a buy button dropped onto someone else’s page. A home page, a product catalogue, an about page and a contact page, in your colours, built with a builder that is part of the plan rather than the upgrade you find out about later. You do not need a website before you start — this is the website.

A free address to put it on

Your store goes live at yourbusiness.enaffaire.com at no extra cost, hosted and secured as part of the subscription. If you would rather run it on your own domain name, that is a separate add-on, priced on its own, that you can add whenever you are ready — it is not part of the free package.

A catalogue that handles variants

One product, several sizes and colours, each with its own price and its own count on the shelf — instead of six near-identical listings that all have to be edited every time the price moves.

Cart and checkout on the same storefront

A customer browses, adds to the cart and pays without being handed off to a third-party page that looks like a different company. The checkout handles both shipping and store pickup, because most shops offer both.

Card payments into your merchant account

The checkout takes cards through a merchant account connected to your store, and the sale settles to that account less your card rate. There is no marketplace commission stacked on top, because we are not a marketplace and we are not standing between you and your money.

One account with the rest of EnAffaire

Same login, same bill. Your promo board and your store are one business on one subscription, not two products that have to be reconciled.

Stock that can’t be sold twice

Every item is held for the shopper while they pay, so two people can never both buy the last one. Receiving, counts and waste are tracked item by item, with the average cost worked out for you.

Canadian sales tax, done for you

GST or HST by the customer’s province, PST or QST only where you are registered, and zero-rated groceries marked with one tap. Shipping is taxed the way the goods in the box are.

Shipping and pickup your way

Free pickup with your own hours, flat-rate or by-weight shipping, free shipping over an amount you choose, and a list of the provinces you ship to.

Orders, packing slips and refunds

Paid, packed, shipped or ready for pickup — one tap moves an order along and tells the customer. Refund one item or part of an order to the card, and put it back on the shelf in the same step.

Discount codes

Percent off, dollars off or free shipping, with a minimum order, an end date and a limit on how many times a code can be used.

Customers kept in the loop

Order confirmation, shipped, ready-for-pickup and refund emails in English or French, plus phone notifications for customers who turn them on. Guest checkout by default; returning customers sign in with an emailed link to see their orders.

Found on Google from day one

Every product page has its own title, description and product listing data, the sitemap stays current, and search engines are told the moment you publish. Find Me First is built in.

Live chat that translates

A chat window on every page of the store, in the customer’s own language, answered by you.

Local Atlantic support

Written here, supported here, in your time zone. When an order goes sideways on your busiest day, you are talking to the people who built the software — not a ticket queue several time zones away.
