Who can join
Anyone 18 or older in Canada or the United States. Two ways to take part: Refer (share your link) and Sell (pros who run demos and close: payments reps, ISO agents, agencies, web designers, SEO consultants). Joining is free. There is nothing to buy and no quota.
Your link
You get a personal link (enaffaire.com/r/CODE, or ?ref=CODE on any page of enaffaire.com, omnilo.ca, mulliganos.com and findmefirst.ca). A business is credited to you when it signs up within 90 days of its last click on a partner link. If it clicked several partners’ links, the last click wins.
What you earn
A share of every monthly payment the customer makes for our products, before sales tax, for as long as they stay a paying customer: the Refer rate, or the Sell rate for approved pros. The current rates are shown on the program page and in your dashboard. Nothing is earned on a free trial. Earnings start with the customer’s first paid invoice and stop when they cancel. MulliganOS golf accounts are credited when the course requests a demo; their commission is set up by hand when the course signs.
Single level
You earn on customers only, never on other partners you bring in. There are no recruiting bonuses.
Disclosure (required)
Every time you share your link, say that you may earn a commission: add #affiliate, or a plain sentence such as “I may earn a commission if you sign up.” This applies to posts, messages, emails, videos, websites and in person. The share buttons in your dashboard include this sentence. You may edit the text, but not remove the disclosure. (Canada’s Competition Act and the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides both require it.)
How you may promote
No spam: email and text only to people who agreed to hear from you (CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the U.S.). No paid ads that bid on or use our brand names (EnAffaire, Omnilo, MulliganOS, Find Me First), and no domains or social accounts that imitate ours. No false or exaggerated claims about our products, their prices or what anyone will earn. Don’t sign up businesses without their knowledge.
Self-referrals and duplicates
Your own businesses, accounts that use your email, phone or connection, and customers who already had an account with us are held for review and are normally not credited.
Payment
Commissions accrue from the customer’s first paid invoice. Payouts begin once program payout setup is complete; earned commissions are never lost. Payouts are monthly, once your payable balance reaches the minimum. A commission becomes payable 30 days after the customer’s payment, so refunds and chargebacks can settle first. Payment by Interac e-Transfer or direct deposit in Canada, ACH direct deposit in the U.S., or cheque.
Clawback
If a payment is refunded, voided or charged back, the commission on it is reversed, including one already paid (deducted from the next payout).
Taxes
You are responsible for your own income tax and, if registered, GST/HST or sales tax. We may ask for tax information before paying.
Changes and ending
We may change rates or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email; commissions already earned keep the rate they were earned at. Either side can end the partnership at any time. Breaking sections 5 to 7 can end it immediately and cancel unpaid commissions on the affected customers.
Independent contractor
You are not an employee or agent of RKP Atlantic Business Services and can’t sign or promise anything on our behalf.
